Job description
1. Organize and notify collection of raw materials through
external milk run from suppliers, receive and store raw
materials from suppliers
2.Ensure storage of all direct materials as per standards (safe
and secure storage), report and act on blocked stocks
3.Supervise logistics operations compliant with internal
procedures and work instructions, central directives for
operations
4.Escalate physical logistics (inbound) and material delivery
topics to leadership team (ss per escalation matrix) to seek
appropriate management intervention delivery of materials
5.Manage commercial processes to be legally compliant with
internal guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) central directives
and external laws namely foreign trade customs and
taxation laws
6.Advanced knowledge in SAP - warehouse, material management and sales distribution modules
7.Competent in IT tools like InTrack, EMR , CELONIS , RBIN gate pass & Power BI reports
8.Competent in compliance, safety topics, CL management & insurance claims
9.Advanced knowledge on lean (Pull principle)
Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical or industrial production) with
3+ years work experience in inbound logistics area and stores management
