We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Recruitment to join our team
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment
Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Conduct in-person interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the decision-making process
Manage job offers and negotiations with selected candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities
Stay informed about the latest recruitment trends and best practices
Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Proven work experience in full-cycle recruitment
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
Familiarity with job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
