Job Description : We are seeking an experienced and passionate Freelance Trainer to conduct training sessions for Scrum Masters and Product Owners. As a Freelance Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles and contribute to the success of agile teams.
Responsibilities : - Develop and deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Scrum Master and Product Owner roles and responsibilities.
- Create and customize training materials, including presentations, exercises, and case studies.
- Provide real-world examples and insights to enhance understanding and application of Scrum and Agile principles.
- Facilitate interactive discussions and workshops to encourage participant involvement and collaboration.
- Evaluate and assess the progress of participants, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training content.
Requirements : - Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience as a trainer or facilitator, preferably in a freelance capacity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to tailor training content to meet the specific needs of diverse audiences.
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Product Owner (CSPO) is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to deliver training sessions on-site or remotely based on client needs.
