Job description

Summary As a product marketer at GoKwik, you’ll take part in an end-to-end product marketing experience as you contribute and lead all the key facets in a product’s journey. From determining positioning, competitive analysis to building a winning sales message, you’ll help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a strong user base. You’ll be expected to work with a cross-functional team across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Implementation and Product Management.

For this role, you need to be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns and also be able to effectively translate technical product documents into simpler articulations that would resonate with other internal teams as well and end-customers (eCommerce/ D2C merchants and brand) Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote our products.

What You Would Be Doing Convery Technical Aspects of Product In a structured & beneficial format to the eMerchants Follow and analyse market trends to position products Develop GTM, Product marketing strategies (product launch, feature adoption campaigns) Craft compelling product messaging across marketing channels (landing pages, email nurtures, social posts, newsletters) Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to execute strategies Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers Help with Customer Advocacy and VOC gathering - stitch together customer success stories basis brief from Product

What We are Looking At 2-3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Content Writer or similar roles Background in basic design aptitude, proficiency in curating pitch decks and presentations, and advanced copywriting expertise is a must Have a decent understanding of the Indian D2C & e-Commerce ecosystem Experience in primary and secondary market research/ analysis Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns, ABM, EDM, expertise in tools such as Mailchimp) Working knowledge of web analytics and CRM tools (Google Analytics, Quicksight, SF) Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills Creative + Analytical mind with ability to transmute quantitative business metrics BSc/BA/MBA in Marketing, Comms or similar field
