Job description
- Initiate and maintain contact with leads via phone calls, emails, and other digital communication methods to understand their marketing needs and challenges.
- Develop an understanding of our digital marketing services and create persuasive sales presentations according to each clients unique requirements.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to determine the most suitable digital marketing solutions for clients, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized proposals and quotes, ensuring alignment with client expectations and objectives.
- Manage and update client interactions and sales activities, monitor the sales pipeline, and ensure accurate forecasting.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, aiming to secure profitable deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing best practices to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and providing ongoing support.
