Job description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers. The Retail Sales Representative will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding sales targets, maintaining store appearance, and fostering positive relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and specifications.
- Effectively communicate product information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience of minimum 2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or training in sales and customer service is a plus.
