Job Description:
As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day activities of the organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of various business processes to meet organisational goals and objectives. You will collaborate with different departments, implement strategic initiatives, and manage resources to enhance overall productivity and performance.
Roles and responsibilities:
Branch Interconnectivity and Evaluation:
- Create and keep open lines of communication between the various branches.
- Finding areas for improvement and to highlight strengths and weaknesses, conduct periodic assessments of branch operations.
- To guarantee a unified and effective overall operation, encourage cooperation and coordination throughout branches.
HR Complete Process:
- Manage all aspects of the HR lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, employee development, and termination procedures.
- Make an effort to get to know your staff members' needs, concerns, and suggestions.
- Put into practice HR guidelines and practices that support a happy workplace and contented employees.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between different departments.
- Â Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Connectivity and Status of Employees:
- Create plans for connecting with staff members in various branches.
- Keep an eye on worker satisfaction and engagement levels.
- Respond to grievances raised by staff members and help them feel like they belong in the company.
- Work together with HR to monitor and comprehend the health and welfare of staff members.
Team Management:
- Â Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Development of Software Products:
- Keep up with developments regarding software product development.
- Work together with the product development team to comprehend new features and improvements that are planned. And making sure staff members are aware of the features and upgrades of the software.
Strategic Planning:
- Â Contribute to the development and execution of organisational strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management to align operations with overall business goals.
Implementing a Sales Strategy:
- To comprehend consumer wants and market dynamics, collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Create and put into action sales tactics that meet the capabilities and advantages of the software.
- Keep an eye on the success of your sales tactics and modifications as necessary.
- Work together with the marketing group to make sure that positioning and messaging are consistent.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and analyse operational inefficiencies.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for operational activities.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in operations and develop mitigation plans.
- Implement strategies to minimise operational disruptions.
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Â Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
