We work on strategic initiative for reducing complexity of customer onboarding.In the initiative, we rework the tools and the onboarding workflow in order to simplify the onboarding, to be more robust and quicker.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities - Candidate should be able to install & implement Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Candidate should be able to manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases including troubleshooting, patching, configuring, solving incidents.
- Candidate should be able to collaborate in database-related projects.
- Candidate should be able to analyze alarms.
- Candidate should be able to apply defined procedures.
- Candidate should be able to work on Service Now tool and should be able to follow all the guideline's as defined.
- Candidate should be able to communicate well to respective counter parts and concern team members.
- Candidate should be able to perform the defined tasks without any much support from others.'

- 8+ Years of relevant experience
- Participation in on-call duties
- Good knowledge about MS SQL Server architecture and administration including special features e.g. Always-On.
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Analysis Services (SSAS) and Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Hands on expertise regarding all operational daily administration tasks and maintenance work
- Knowledge to perform upgrades, migrations and apply patches.
- Experience in T-SQL Scripting
- Good knowledge of Database security issues and ability to design and implement security measures.
- Experience in disaster recovery solutions and testing.
- Performance tuning, performance management and capacity planning experience.
- Skills analogous to MS SQL Server in the area of PostgreSQL
- Payments domain Experience.
- Service Now Experience
