Company Description Mati is a fast-scaling carbon removal company with a mission to remove 100 million tonnes of carbon dioxide from the atmosphere through enhanced rock weathering. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented candidate with expertise in Advanced Excel and basic GIS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling verification dashboards, possess basic knowledge of GIS and geo-mapping, and be proficient in software handling. This role requires effective communication with field teams for data-related queries and collaboration with the operations and logistics team for strategy planning. Key Responsibilities: Operations and Logistics Support: Assist in planning and executing data-driven strategies, analyze operational data for improvement and optimization, and collaborate on logistics strategy development. Advanced Excel: Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and implement advanced functions and automation for efficiency. GIS and Geo-mapping : Apply GIS principles for spatial data analysis and utilize geo-mapping tools for interactive decision support. Verification Dashboard: Manage and enhance verification dashboards and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data. In-House Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in using proprietary software, provide training, and collaborate with IT for enhancements. Communication with Field Teams : Interact and support field teams on data queries and ensure accurate and timely data collection. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor/Master’s degree in any stream or related field. Proficient in Excel with robust analytical abilities. Basic knowledge of GIS software and geo-mapping tools. Strong proficiency in relevant software applications. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with field teams. Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail. Salary Range – 25000/- to 40000/- per month & variable pay Location – Seoni, Madhya Pradesh.
