Come join Intuit as part of our People team as an Analyst in HRDS for Intuit India. Your focus will be on managing the Hire to Retire, New Hire process, and various audits in the workday to ensure data accuracy & being compliance. The due diligence will help keep the data correct.
Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience in a Workday platform .. Employee profile creation, Data and Business Process updates, Reports, prepare enhancement / automation requirements etc. Understand integrations of WD with other internal systems
- Master's degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment using strong judgment and decision - making
- Deep technical acumen drawn from working in a fast-paced, technology company in collaboration with technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes - Hire to Retire in Workday.
- Technical experience in Employee Database Management - Workday tool.
- Good communication - Written and Spoken
- Documentation experience - Maintain employee file, process documents, SOPs.
- Confidently interact with Internal, External and Global Stakeholders.
- Understand Ops Metrics and adhere to internal SLAs.
- Data Analysis and reconciliation
- Project experience - Giving requirements in processes and tools, testing.
- Internal Audit and Compliance experience and would be an added advantage.
- Audits - HR and Finance Collaboration
- Interaction with stakeholders globally
- HR Ticketing system knowledge
- Eye for detail, transparent at work
- Good in Microsoft Office Tools, specially in Excel and PPTs
- 7+ years' relevant experience in HR Operations or Shared Services roles.
