Job Overview
Trident Dispatch is hiring a Plant Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Plant Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our plant equipment. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in plant maintenance. The job location is Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. This is a full-time position.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in plant maintenance
- Strong knowledge of plant maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficiency in equipment inspection and troubleshooting
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and use CMMS
- Knowledge of routine maintenance procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify malfunctions and propose solutions
- Coordinate with other team members to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime
- Keep records of maintenance activities and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance programs
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary spare parts
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in plant maintenance
