• Erection and Commissioning of Concrete Batching Plant and concrete pumps incl. training to the operator during handing over.
• Capability to solve all kind of technical problems on concrete pumps by his own hands.
• Communicating with customers about service, maintenance and trouble shooting.
• Weekly reports about service, spare parts necessities and general field problems
• Convert routine service call to Annual Service Contract and Annual Maintenance contract.
• Convert parts sales from spares and service to achieve regional sales target.
