Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Haveli in Jalandhar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and managing leads, building relationships with clients, and creating and implementing sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and work collaboratively with other departments to drive revenue.

Helps in leasing or acquiring new properties.

Good knowledge of legal document preparation.

Good knowledge of new projects and sites handling

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of sales success and lead generation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
