Job description
Consultant would be responsible for supporting Global benefits teams of AON across global locations. The position provides support to the firm’s GB operations in the execution and delivery of consulting services to the end clients. Individual will primarily be responsible for the coordination and completion of research tasks, data collection, data analysis and updating this information into Greater Insight Tool to ensure the delivery of high quality work within the specified timelines for a variety of tasks managed within the team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (List 6-10 major responsibilities in the role):
- Good domain expertise on the subject with practical experience on tools and techniques in employee benefits administration or consulting
- Take charge & ownership of deliverables for effectively meeting the stakeholder’s expectations
- Ability to manage projects with minimal dependency & deliver in an effective manner by timely collaborating with stakeholders • Exhibit right knowledge, experience and skill to learn new type of activities within the team
- Identify the opportunities of Operational Excellence, Controls and Innovation in the team
- Build a culture of enhancing/acquiring knowledge across team
- Actively contribute and participate in the wider ACPL initiatives and cross team collaboration
- Develop stronger working relationship with colleagues and stakeholders
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED (List 4-8 skills required to get the job done):
- Excellent theoretical knowledge and background experience in employee benefits
- Expertise in internet search mechanisms
- Working knowledge of MS Office product suites
- Working knowledge of VBA/Excel Macros/MS Access
