Job description
The HRO PEO Benefits team works on works on providing support to client’s requests in various benefits related queries. The group works on more than 100 tasks which are divided into groups. While some involve client contact through phones or chat, almost all of them involve client contact via email. These requests are from our clients or our clients’ employees (Work Site Employees) who reach out to ADP for assistance and resolution
- Benefits Administration : Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health care insurance and other benefits. Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes and terminations.
- WSE Communication : Communicate effectively with employees about available benefits, eligibility criteria and enrollment procedures.
- Query Resolution : Address and resolve WSE inquiries related to benefits, clarifying questions on premiums and plans, coverage details and claims procedures. Collaborate with insurance providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
- Compliance and Standards : Ensuring compliance with industry specific standards. Stay updated with the latest procedures related to benefits and implement necessary changes accordingly
- Record Maintenance : Maintain accurate records of employee benefit elections, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Generate reports for management, tracking key metrics related to benefits utilization and costs
- Work in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the business partners on various tasks
- Working additional hours as required by the business during the busy open enrolment period – this may include working on weekends to ensure client deliverables are met
Eligibility/Skills Sets :
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and multi task
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail when working with large volumes of data
- Flexible to work in a US shift as clients work in the US time zone
