Job description
Role & Responsibilities:Performing configuration/development and assisting the customer in testing cyclesBuilding trust and credibility by consistently delivering assigned tasks on time with high qualityPreparation of Business Process Procedures, Fit-Gap Analysis, Test Scenarios, Configuration/ Development Documentation, End-User documentation and User manualsPreparation of all documentation such as Functional specifications, test scenario's, Configuration documents, etc.Responsible for Data Migration & Cutover activitiesTransfer SAP knowledge to customers and team and build relationships & credibility. Provide Hypercare Support and ensure all tickets are logged and resolved within the agreed timelinesTaking ownership of assigned tasks by initiating, think through and developing a plan that is executed and delivered according to the established timelines.Ideal Candidate:6 + years of experience in SAP IS RetailPreferred ( Company ) - Fashion and apparel companies, pharmaceutical retailers etcExcellent oral and written communication skillsConceptual and hands on knowledge on below objects in SAP Retail-Article master (including structured articles in Retail)Site MasterMerchandise categories and hierarchiesCharacteristics and Characteristic profilesListing and assortmentsBusiness partner, Customer and vendor masterRetail pricing and promotionsBe able to understand overall retail processes such as Replenishment, Procurement, merchandise distribution, pricing and promotions, Omnichannel retailing, interfaces to various peripheral systems.Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentationSalary range - 18lpa - 22lpa (ref:hirist.tech)
