ADaSci is seeking a highly skilled and passionate AI and Data Science Training Lead to join our team. As the Training Lead, you will be responsible for curating and delivering courses and training programs focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, and Machine Learning to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills required in this rapidly evolving field.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Develop comprehensive training programs in AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning, catering to different skill levels and audience needs.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, aligned with industry trends and best practices.
• Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and boot camps, both in-person and virtually, delivering high-quality learning experiences.
• Evaluate knowledge into training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and metrics, continuously improving content to align with participant needs.
• Stay updated with the latest AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning advancements, incorporating new programs.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of fundamental and advanced concepts in data science and machine learning.
• Proficient in developing technical learning materials and assessments with a high level of technical expertise.
• Demonstrated expertise in Python programming and its associated frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts.
• Preferred candidates will have prior experience in content development and training delivery in data science and machine learning.

Required Experience:

• Overall 2-5 years of experience in developing course materials and delivering training programs in AI and Data Science.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in delivering training and workshops in the field.
• Ph.D./M.Tech/M.E./B.E., or B.Tech degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
