At STRI Consulting we are currently hiring for Retail Manager position for a premium German based cosmetic brand.
The Retail Manager will be posted in Chennai. They will be taking care of the entire retail of the shops all over India. We are looking for a person who will be willing to travel with good management skills.
- Managing all Kryolan City Outlets Chennai Bangalore and Mumbai which are currently functioning with experienced staff and any other future upcoming outlets.
- Supporting Indian franchise stores with Kryolan partners.
- Elevating and maintaining all Stores to Kryolan International Standards of Quality and service.
- Closely work on all aspects of Retail with all Store Managers.
- Ensure Store Managers are implementing and following the defined SOP within their teams.
- Set KPIs and targets for daily / monthly sales for the Stores with Store Managers.
- Monitoring Sales at all the outlets Managing budgets maintaining statistical and financial records collecting sales data preparing relevant reports and conducting analysis to make timely adjustments when required.
- Maximizing profitability.
- Overseeing pricing and stock control.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislations.
- Recruiting training supervising and appraising staff in coordination with Store Manager.
- Responsible to ensure smooth administration grooming of staff discipline time management at the Stores.
- Conduct Store Managers performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Ensure Store Managers are maintaining adequate Stock levels & Inventory.
- Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all new business enquiries.
- Conduct New Business development activities by researching and developing sales / marketing opportunities and plans in line with consumer trends and requirements at the stores.
- Track the trends in the local market and provide inputs on competitors & brands.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase brand visibility and sales to Management.
- Plan sales promotions and commercial campaigns in coordination with Management and
- ensure efficient execution.
- Work closely with Marketing department on design / graphics for events preparing promotional materials and displays.
- Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions accordingly.
- Attend to Customer complaints and resolutions in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Handle escalations and ensure high levels of Client satisfaction through excellent service.
- Reporting to Management on Retail operations within prescribed formats and time lines.
- Work with Regional Sales Managers and support them in achieving their targets.
4 - 5 years of Sales and retail marketing experience Degree or MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills Excellent Sales skills, with the ability to build relationships with stores and salons
