Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Java Software Engineer role for AppMate located in Udaipur, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for coding, debugging, and testing software in an efficient and high-quality manner. You will also work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify technical challenges, and devise effective solutions to address them.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with expertise in Java
• Experience with Spring MVC, Hibernate, Maven, and Git
• Experience with Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
• Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases, and SQL
• Experience with RESTful Web Services, Microservices, and Containers
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities
• Experience with Front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
