Knowledge of Indian GAAP/Accounting Standards; Direct Taxes, GST, Company Law; and other applicable business laws.
Experience in operating any ERP, or any well-known Accounting Software (like: Tally, Quick-book, etc.)
Maturity & people skill in dealing with people at all levels - externally and internally, in a multi-cultural set-up
Motivated; Flexible, Open-minded, & Willing to Learn and adapt to new industry, new situations & working environment.
Versatility, Leadership skills & bandwidth to lead a multi-function team of senior people; oversee and manage all accounting and financial operations of multi-region/multi-location set-up.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; and a presentable personality
