Role And Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager-Sales will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Tracking projects continuously to assess market potential and identify opportunities for growth
  • Conducting extensive research to widen the customer base
  • Formulating monthly plans and schemes to generate sales inquiries
  • Developing and executing promotional activities to enhance brand building
  • Participating in seminars and trade fairs to showcase our products
  • Building and nurturing relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and end customers
  • Providing inputs to strengthen the relationship between the company and our dealer network
  • Planning and conducting training programs for dealers and sales staff
  • Setting and achieving sales targets in a timely manner
  • Preparing and submitting reports as required
  • Reporting to seniors on sales performance and market trends

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the ceramics or building materials industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and research abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
