This product is positioned as the country's inaugural pH neutral hair color and set to disrupt traditional norms, particularly in the realm of grey coverage with its technology from Singapore. It also has a pH balancing range of hair, bath and body care products. Sacred Herbs is located in South Delhi.
Role Description
The Employee shall be responsible for:
● Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer engagement.
● Manage all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including website content, digital marketing, product listings, and promotions.
● Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize e-marketplace performance and user experience.
● Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
● Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and fulfillment processes.
● Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to e-commerce
operations.
Qualifications
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions
*Self driven and motivated, business minded individual
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience in sales in an ecommerce marketplace setting preferably from the beauty category
*Experience managing online marketplaces, such as Amazon, Nykaa, TataCliq & Flipkart, is highly desirable.
Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is considered a strong asset.
*Experience in digital marketing, including social media
*Experience in web analytics and reporting
*Experience with SEO and SEM strategies
