Role And Responsibilities As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of over 40 accounts in various segments such as Panel Builder, Switchgear, OEM, Machinery Manufacture, and End Customer. Your key responsibilities include:
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers through regular visits and understanding their requirements.
- Delivering product demonstrations and pitches tailored to the customers' needs.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals by agreeing on terms and conditions.
- Achieving sales volume, sales results, and market share targets for the assigned customers or sales area.
- Visiting current and potential customers to maintain and initiate business relationships.
- Attracting new clients and developing existing relationships with key clients.
- Conducting market research and analysis to gather information on competitors, market trends, and clients' needs.
- Drafting offers and contracts in accordance with company requirements and ensuring performance under contract terms.
- Delivering technical presentations and demonstrating how the company's products meet client needs.
Candidate Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
