Job Title : Organization Change Management Consultant
Location : Pune

**Overview:**

As an Organization Change Management Consultant, will play a crucial role in assisting organizations in navigating and implementing change initiatives.

Work closely with leadership teams, project managers, and employees to ensure a smooth transition through various organizational changes.

Primary goal is to minimize resistance, enhance communication, and facilitate the adoption of new processes, systems, or strategies.

Responsibilities :

Change Strategy Development :

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand organizational goals and objectives.
  • Design and develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Identify and assess stakeholders impacted by the change.
  • Develop tailored communication and engagement plans for different stakeholder groups.
Change Impact Assessment :

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand the impact of the proposed changes on individuals, teams, and the organization as a whole.
Communication Planning and Execution :
  • Develop clear and effective communication plans to convey the purpose, benefits, and impacts of the change.
  • Execute communication strategies through various channels to ensure consistent and timely messaging.
Training and Development :
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for the changes.
  • Provide ongoing support and resources for continuous learning.
Resistance Management :
  • Identify potential sources of resistance to change and develop strategies to address and mitigate resistance.
  • Work with leaders to build a culture that embraces change and innovation.

Monitoring and Evaluation :

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Regularly assess and evaluate the progress of change efforts, making adjustments as necessary.
Collaboration and Teamwork :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, HR, and leadership, to ensure alignment and coordination in change efforts.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture throughout the change process.
Documentation and Reporting :
  • Maintain detailed documentation of change management plans, activities, and outcomes.
  • Provide regular reports to leadership on the status and effectiveness of change initiatives.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in organizational change management, preferably in a consulting capacity.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess the impact of change on various business functions.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is desirable.
  • Experience between 10-15years.
