Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following:
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Required Technical Expertise Proven experience in sales, preferably in inside sales or telemarketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and objections.
Knowledge of the company's products or services and the ability to learn and adapt to new information.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing,Engineering or a related field is a plus.
- Prior work experience in Electronics/Manufacturing
