Responsibilities
- TDS Filing:
- Prepare and file TDS returns accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with TDS regulations and keep abreast of any changes in the tax landscape.
- Conduct periodic reviews of financial documents to identify discrepancies and rectify errors.
- GST Filing:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of GST returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for accurate GST filings.
- Stay updated on GST laws and regulations, implementing changes as needed.
- Client Interaction:
- Respond to client queries related to TDS and GST filings promptly and professionally.
- Provide support in resolving any client-related issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Compliance Management:
- Monitor and ensure overall tax compliance for the organization.
- Work closely with auditors and regulatory bodies during audits or assessments.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all tax-related documents.
- Generate and analyze financial reports related to TDS and GST.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in TDS and GST filing.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
