• Your role involves managing the lobby area, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment
• Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Management:Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Visitor Assistance:Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and provide relevant information
• Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrivals
• Phone and Email Handling:Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals
• Respond to general inquiries via email or phone
• Information Dissemination:Provide basic information about the organization, services, and facilities
• Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or contacts
• Security Coordination:Work in coordination with security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Office Supplies Management:Manage inventory of office supplies for the lobby area
• Replenish supplies as needed
• Communication Liaison:Serve as a liaison between visitors and internal staff
• Relay important messages to the relevant individuals
• Appointment Scheduling:Assist in scheduling appointments for meetings or interviews
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure meeting rooms are prepared
• Administrative Support:Provide administrative support, including handling courier deliveries and maintaining records
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in a front desk or lobby management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
• Basic computer skills (email, word processing, etc)
