Job Title : ServiceNow HAM/SAM Business AnalystLocation : Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Delhi, KolkataExperience : 7+ YearsNotice Period : Immediate to 30 DaysServiceNow SAM BA :Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience on the ServiceNow platform.Implementation experience in ITAM and CMDB.Proficient in ServiceNow scripting.Good knowledge of integration with external tools.Strong communication skills.Team handling experience.Expertise in Software Asset Management lifecycle.Tracking software rights and user allocations.Awareness of discovery models and software installations.Experience in software reconciliation, optimization, and removal.Knowledge of contracts, maintenance, warranty, and licensing tied to software (Good to have).Skills & Requirements :7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.Hands-on design, development, and deployment with ServiceNow.ServiceNow implementation expertise in ITAM and CMDB.ServiceNow scripting.Integration with external tools.Communication skills.Team handling experience.SAM-specific skills: Software Asset Management lifecycle, software rights tracking, discovery models awareness, reconciliation, optimization, and removal.
