Job description
# Implement and coordinate Improvement Projects using Lean Six Sigma/FI tools to drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient and streamlined processes.
# Verify production data using Machine Software, analyze OEE, and facilitate effective communication between Production and Maintenance departments for data compliance and reliability.
# Collaborate closely with all departments to identify improvement opportunities and provide solutions for enhancing quality, production, maintenance, warehouse, and other areas.
# Foster a KAIZEN culture within the organization, driving continuous
improvement initiatives and encouraging employees to contribute their best suggestions through the 'UNNATI' Innovation app.
# Lead cross-functional teams (CFT) in the identification and implementation of selected KAIZEN ideas, monitoring progress and ensuring successful execution.
# Perform A3 problem-solving methodology to identify root causes, support quality team data gathering, and liaise with HQ for recommended solutions.
# Coach and facilitate the implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards, including SMED, CI, 5S, autonomous maintenance, and teamwork on the shop floor in collaboration with stakeholders.
# Monitor the A3 process using WIERA software to track and analyze improvement initiatives' progress and outcomes.
