Company's Annual Audit Plan and Management
• Preparation and administration of annual audit plan.
• Monitoring of audit cycle program for effectiveness.
• Management of detailed planning, risk assessment, scoping, and resourcing of complex audit projects.
• Lead preliminary planning and direction for audits.
• Ensure execution of audit plan, draft audit reports, discuss and finalize with auditee.
• Review of subordinates' working papers and take ownership of them.
• Identifying critical areas for continuous monitoring and developing exception reports.
• Developing operational expertise in core areas and leveraging in internal audits.
• Preparing audit committee presentations for audits held quarterly.
• Conducting follow-up audits and special audits as required.
• Providing guidance and training to Project team members.
• Capturing and sharing best-practice knowledge.
• Leveraging in-house synergies and staying updated with global market trends.
