Job description
We are looking for candidates who possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in
customer engagement, project management, and consulting. Responsibilities - Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact
- Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively
- Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
- Prepare reports on project performance
Qualification - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer engagement, project
management, and consulting - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or advertising.
- Strong understanding of various performance marketing channels, including
PPC, SEO, email marketing, and social media. - Proficient in using performance marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Prior experience in client management and account leadership is preferred.
