Job description

Adwanz Solutions LLP mainly works on .net MVC (Web development), Front-end (Web designing), Flutter and React projects from USA and European markets. We have only one customer in India named _VOIS (Vodafone). Adwanz Solutions LLP has a specialization in providing B2C, B2B and eCommerce applications to its customers where code quality is always a primary focus.

Apart from above, we also provide custom dotnet solutions to our clients.

Tasks

Job Summary:Adwanz Solutions LLP is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resources to join our team. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and employees on conflict resolution.
  • Administer performance management processes, including performance evaluations and goal setting.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Oversee benefits administration and manage employee compensation and benefits packages.
  • Maintain and update employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Stay current on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
