About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Front-End Engineer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience primarily in React. The ideal candidate should not only excel in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code but also demonstrate a strong commitment to working with the team to ensure the overall codebase's quality, scalability, and robustness. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team to uphold these standards across projects.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using React while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, Sr. developers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Emphasize and enforce an attention to detail approach in frontend development including ensuring user interface consistency.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
  • Contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools to enhance team productivity.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Architect and implement solutions that are scalable, efficient, and reliable.
  • Guide and mentor team members to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and the delivery of high-quality code.

This Role Requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
  • Experience with state management libraries/frameworks such as Redux, Flux, or Context API.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
