Learn more at: Role Summary: Brand : Dentsu Creative Designation : Account Director - Client Servicing (Digital) Job Location : Worli, Mumbai Years of experience : Minimum 7 years of account management experience with a leading Mainline/ Digital Advertising agency. (Please note that we are not considering candidates from other industries.) Key Accountabilities: Head a cluster of clients of the Agency & Manage a Team of Client Servicing Professionals. Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their projects and campaigns that directly affect each client Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client that can be employed by other departments as well Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase client satisfaction Become the reliable point of contact for each customer that is required to establish a strong business relationship End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation Mapping Client organization and team structure Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns Identifying and networking to generate business from existing clients, achieving profitability. Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders involved to ensure successful execution and the delivery of all elements as per the client's brief and in most cases exceeding the briefs. Close interaction with design, planning, project management and execution teams to review the delivery of services. New business development. Professional Skills: Qualifications: Graduate (MBA preferred) with experience of 7+ years in client servicing and account management from leading digital agencies. College degree from a reputable university, preferably in Advertising, Business Management, Marketing or similar courses. Excellent presentation and team management skills with an ability to build relationships. Understands the digital ecosystem well and is able to give solutions to clients addressing their business or marketing/communications challenges. Understands media and technology and has prior experience in managing media campaigns and implementing tech projects like websites, mobile apps etc. Highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future self/brand customers. Organized, smart, self-starter, and well-connected in the Industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
