Enhances content like PowerPoint presentations to life in innovative ways that apply adult learning principles and partner with those on the team to find innovative ways to do so
Ensure learning content has ways to check for their understanding thru measures and mechanisms in your learning content (e.g., designing quizzes, gamification, etc)
Innovate new ways of driving learning content creation through video, on demand content, SCORM, and evolving learning technologies
Leverage robust needs assessments to drive learning content creation – and looping in key stakeholders to get feedback along the way
Scripting the words and visuals that our employees need to make the content come to life, leveraging the JLL Brand standards to infuse our EVP and other JLL standards Project manage and create a visual milestone journey to achieve the creation on a regular standardized timeline
Works directly with L&D partners and business stakeholders to review feedback and improve quality of products along the way
Flexes into many product areas for support including onboarding, leadership development, and professional development
