  1. L&D Strategy Development:
    • Lead the design and development of a comprehensive Learning and Development strategy aligned with the company's goals and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify organisational learning needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  2. Consultative Approach:
    • Utilise strong consulting skills to engage with internal and external clients, understanding their unique requirements, and providing tailored L&D solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering insights and recommendations to enhance workforce capabilities.
  3. Stakeholder management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders understanding their business challenges and co-creating effective L&D solutions.
    • Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication, feedback, and adjustment of strategies as needed.
  4. L&D Program Design and Execution:
    • Oversee the development and implementation of learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, and other relevant initiatives.
    • Ensure that learning programs are delivered effectively, measuring their impact and adjusting as necessary.
  5. Process Optimisation:
    • Streamline L&D processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that the learning initiatives align with industry trends and emerging technologies.
    • Implement best practices to continuously improve the overall learning experience for employees.
  6. Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting innovation and creativity.
  7. Metrics and Reporting:
    • Develop and implement metrics to measure the success and impact of L&D programs.
    • Generate regular reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and their contribution to business goals.
