Job Description: The AI Desktop Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered desktop applications for the Windows platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with expertise in AI and machine learning technologies. This role requires an individual contributor with leadership qualities who is also willing to expand their technical knowledge and lead a team in the future. Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered desktop applications for Windows. 2. Integrate AI and machine learning algorithms into application features. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 4. Utilize the latest technologies and frameworks for efficient application development and deployment. 5. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. 6. Test, debug, and improve application performance. 7. Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, applications, and protocols in the AI field. 8. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers as the team expands. 9. Prepare technical documentation and assist with the deployment and support of applications. 10. Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks related to AI and application development. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field. - Strong experience in desktop application development for Windows, using languages such as C#, .NET, or similar. - Demonstrated experience with AI, chatbot and machine learning technologies. - Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Leadership qualities and experience in guiding or mentoring team members. - Passion for technology and continuous learning.
