Consolidate and share the channel wise quarterly budget requirements along with the intended timelines which include the budgets for sales promotions, catalogue build-up, marketing and brand building activities etc.
Sales Team Efficiency - Coverage, Funnel Management
Lead management via Sales force
Lead Closure to final Execution
Engaging with tech platforms for gift cards business
Identify the requirements and potential business opportunities from large key accounts and propose solutions either from the existing product portfolio or by placing a customised order
Regular analysis of current market trends and devising strategies keeping competition, pricing, technology, and product specifications in mind
Push for initiatives on the current and future market trends to enable the strategic objective formulation.
The Successful Applicant
8-10 years experience in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders for corporate gifting
Excellent presentability and communication skills
Current or preferred location should be New Delhi
Should have experience in FMCG, retail, consumer durables
