Duties & Responsibilities:Â
- Being Responsible for 500-1000 Partner Venues in a region
- Enabling a team of 5-10 Partner Growth Executives to achieve their business and operational targets (growing business in Hudle partner sports venues)
- Develop strategies to predict and solve problems in advance
- Develop systems that can help a large team to smoothly work with each other with high efficiency
- Represent Hudle with high ownership, integrity and professionalism
- Develop and submit business and data reports to upper management
- Build business relationships with current and potential Hudle venue partners.Â
- Grow the flow of business to these partners through innovative ideas and execution
- Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accountsÂ
- Understand the technology & product and give demos of the same to the prospective partners
- Maintaining a database of existing partners with their latest updates
- Maintaining venue inventory (slot price and availability) to avoid cancellations due to inventory conflicts at the allocated venues
- Understanding partner needs and offering solutions and supportÂ
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business/partnership opportunities
- Closing deals and working with the sales team through the closing process
This is an office-based role in Delhi.Â
Requirements & Qualifications:Â
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English and Hindi)
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationships, Venue Operations or Growth roles
- At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of more than 3 people
- Attention to detail : The candidate will be responsible for 500+ sports venues and their relationship with Hudle. This is a non-negotiable
- Excellent professionalism. Ability to lead people. Coachable.Â
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customersÂ
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (SQL and Tableau experience is a plus)
- Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus
- Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
