Job description


  1. Male/Female Post Graduate qualifications in Sales & Marketing in IT/Web Services.

  2. A good communicator with strong ability to implement marketing plans.

  3. Confident, Convincing & Smart.

  4. 3-5 yrs. Experience in Marketing/Sales

  5. Candidates are able to present the company presentation and demo in all concerns.

  6. Pleasing Personality added with good communication skills is must.

  7. Good knowledge of Delhi/NCRrsquos industrial topography is important

  8. Candidates with own conveyances is preferred

  9. Candidates with own laptop is preferred

  10. Ability to understand and present the IT services and solutions is a must.

  11. Confident to meet people and build relationships.

  12. Convenient in traveling

  13. Keep track of all activities for the team

  14. Managing/Creating Business Plans, Goals and other particulars to achieve the company monthly target revenue with Business Manager.

  15. Must be a good listener

  16. proposing proper solutions, implementing proposals, negotiate and finalize the deals for packaged solutions and specific customized solutions for improvement in product/services.

  17. Achieving targets assigned to as per experience and caliber

  18. Managing/checking logs in CRM all the reporting exceutives

  19. Handling and managing client base after sales

  20. Maintaining customer relationship via phone, email, meeting, letter or any other means of communication

  21. In depth knowledge and experience in the Sales & Marketing Segment.

  22. Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort

  23. Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives

  24. Motivate and inspire team members

  25. Lead by setting a good example (role model) - behavior consistent with words

  26. Coach and help develop team members; help resolve dysfunctional behavior

  27. Facilitate problem solving and collaboration

  28. Strive for team consensus and win-win agreements

  29. Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure

  30. Maintain healthy group dynamics

  31. Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues

  32. Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team

  33. Encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement

  34. Recognize and celebrate team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance
