The Position
Senior Manager Medical Affairs/Medical Advisor. (Therapy area: thrombolytics)
Tasks & Responsibilities - Establishing a deep relationship with the top medical experts, insight gathering, attending congresses, organizing advisory boards, training internal stakeholders. Ensure that country-specific stakeholders' needs and market peculiarities are identified and implications for development program are conveyed to above-country teams. Provide medical and product expertise towards registration of new products/indications with regulatory authorities through delivery of scientific presentation, provision of medical rationale and published literature. Provide medical & product expertise towards marketed products. Write/revise/review labeling documents for products.
- Job complexity: Strategic thinking, fast learner, ability to process/analyze information from different sources, good communication skills. Good skills with MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel. Good understanding of biostatistics.
- Interfaces: Local Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Global/Regional Medicine teams
- Job expertise: Knowledge of pharmaceutical medicine with an ability to keep updated on current trends & products; good inter-personal skills.
Requirements - Education : MBBS & MD required
- External Candidates: Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs; candidates with head-office-based experience will be preferred
- Location will be based at Mumbai
