Job description
Key responsibilities
.Part of the Regional SCO IT Implementation team to provide product expertise & implementation of various systems related to supply chain and logistics like Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, Inland Terminal Operating Systems etc.
.Own End to End business line from Tech solution standpoint and work alongside global technology teams to enhance the various logistics solution offering. This includes testing of new and innovative capability.
.Work with in-country IT teams to impart implementation knowledge and upskill in-country IT resources.
.Support - Online / On Site support to end users, key users , stakeholders and teams on systems and processes.
.Work closely with Senior operations managers and Senior technical program managers to scope new features/products.
.Lead or coordinate deliveries from third party consultants and vendors.
.Document business process flows
.Manage Data Migration phases of various projects.
.Support business during execution (Reviews, Test Data, UAT's etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Skills and Competencies
.Ability to make sense of the data, when required write SQL scripts (SQL and PL/SQL)
.Attention to details and ability to deal with ambiguities.
.Experience in software implementations for supply chain and logistics.
.Experience in deploying and supporting in-house applications is an added advantage.
.Deep functional & technical knowledge of at least one domain within Logistics like Warehouse Management or Transportation Management.
.Understanding of Rate Management, Billing and Labour Management is an added advantage.

.Educational Qualification (min)
.Master's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology required.
.At least 8 years in customer facing projects and activities.
.Range/ Min no of years - of overall Experience required.
