Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Works Accountant (CWA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or MBA in Finance with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including involvement in any State Skill Mission or MSDE.
Experience:
Proficient in generating internal and external financial reports, adhering to financial guidelines of various skill development schemes, programs, and projects.
Familiarity with procurement procedures and GeM portal.
Full-time experience in preparing Utilization Certificates (UC), submission, and fund disbursement to Training Providers (TPs).
Hands-on experience with accounting and financial software.
In-depth knowledge of Financial Rules & Regulations (GF&PFR, etc.) and practices related to financial matters.
Expertise in Financial Management, including budgeting, fund management, compliance with reporting requirements, and audit.
Track record of ensuring optimal development of financial and accounting policies, financial management systems, and fund flow.
