Job Description

• Technical point of contact to plant of supplier for general and strategic tasks
• Responsible for quality, production & Assembly process related issues at the supplier in series
• Ability to solve technical issues at supplier using the principle of "on-site, on-the-spot"
• Evaluates overall quality performance of the supplier
• Responsible for supplier development / improvement with respect to QMS,
• Management of technology and expertise in specific material field
• Knowledge on quality methods & tools
• Knowledge on automotive standards IATF16949 / VDA
• Required knowledge competencies and attributes*
• Bachelor degree in electrical/electronics background preferred
• Knowledge on electrical and electronic parts Sub-assembly like Electric Motors( traction Motors, Hub Motors  BL DC Motors, Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors  ), welding, brazing, Soldering & winding process
• Basic knowledge on manufacturing process, Moulding,
• Pro-active and willing to take challenge
• Problem solving skills
• Experience in QMS process
• Reliable and co-operative with team spirit

Qualifications

BE, BE Tech, in Mechatronics /  Electrical Engineering

Additional Information

Required knowledge competencies and attributes
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical background preferred
- In depth Knowledge on manufacturing processes of Turning, Milling, Grinding and finishing processes
- Advance knowledge on state of art CNC machines and processes
- Knowledge on low cost automation
- Basic knowledge on manufacturing process of Molding, Forging , Casting etc...
- Pro-active and willing to take challenge
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in QMS process
- Reliable and co-operative with team spirit
