The Molten Metal Systems business of Morgan Advanced Materials manufactures an extensive range of high-performance crucibles and foundry consumables for non-ferrous metal melting applications We provide melting solutions for foundries, die-casters and melting facilities working with zinc, precious metals, aluminium, copper, brass, bronze and other non-ferrous metals. Responsibilities Job Purpose The purpose of this position is overall development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's Quality Standards, so that site can deliver high level & consistent Quality product that meets customer expectation. This involves putting in place a system to measure organizations performance and then report on it's findings, liasoning with managers and staff, and coordinating procedures to address any deficiencies. Summary Manager - Quality is responsible for delivering quality products that meets standards of the company and Customer expectations. Principal areas of accountability include achieving reduction in internal process rejects & rework, continually improve processes, report gaps through various audits, ensuring counter actions against gap findings, continually improve performance and reliability of the product, reducing customer complaints and thereby improving customer satisfaction.
