Your job role -
o Achieve Revenue targets
o Recruit, coach and develop Agent & Advisors
o Meeting & explaining insurance products to Customer after taking appointments on field with Agents & advisor.
Ensure Agents under supervision perform generate business via bringing new clients
Package offered is up to 4 Lakhs (Allowance + Attractive Incentives)
