Job description
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of solar power plants, including solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of solar power plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solar power generation, electrical systems, and monitoring equipment.
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of electrical components and systems in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely completion of project milestones and targets.
• Identify and report any abnormalities, faults, or performance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at the site.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in solar energy systems.
• Diploma or ITI (Industrial Training Institute) qualification in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of solar power plant systems, including solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and electrical components.
• Understanding of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with monitoring systems and software used in the solar industry.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the project team and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
• Understanding of safety regulations and practices in the renewable energy industry.
