Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Compilation:
- Manually collect data from various sources, including online databases, websites, reports, and other relevant platforms.
- Compile and organize collected data into structured formats for easy analysis and retrieval.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by cross-verifying with multiple sources.
Data Entry and Management:
- Input collected data into specified databases or spreadsheets, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Update and maintain database records, ensuring that all information is current and accurate.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data management procedures to improve data collection efficiency and reliability.
Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform basic analysis of collected data as required.
- Support the team in data-related tasks and projects, providing data as needed for analysis and decision-making.
Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with team members to identify data collection needs and opportunities for process improvements.
- Respond to requests for data and support from team members in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and strategy discussions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor s or equivalent degree program.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and a basic understanding of database principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data collection and entry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data and findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in data analysis, research, or related fields.
