Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Amazon Products Listing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings on the Amazon platform to enhance visibility, drive sales, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
A. Product Listing Creation:
- Create compelling and accurate product listings on Amazon, ensuring all relevant information is included and optimized for search visibility.
- Research and utilize effective keywords to enhance product discoverability.
B. Content Optimization:
- Craft engaging product titles, bullet points, and product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
- Optimize product images and A+ content to improve overall listing quality.
C. Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct regular analysis of competitor product listings to stay informed about market trends and pricing strategies.
- Implement strategies to differentiate our products and gain a competitive edge.
D. Data Accuracy and Integrity:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product information, including pricing, inventory levels, and product specifications.
- Regularly update listings to reflect changes in product information or promotions.
E. Customer Reviews and Feedback:
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on product listings to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.
F. Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product listings, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably with a focus on Amazon product listings.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising and promotional tools is a plus.
