Job description
This role will provide you an opportunity to closely work with budding student entrepreneurs from various colleges and at the same time gives you an opportunity to work on the program management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors on receiving invoices in a timely manner
- Work directly with program team & student participants for consumables, services and company registrations & with students to rectify compliance issues in invoices
- Conduct due diligence for programmatic activities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and events related to program activities.
- Track program milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Regularly update and archive documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Facilitate effective communication among program stakeholders.
- Plan & execute outreach activities for achieving program targets
- Strengthen college partnerships with faculty & students.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years' experience in any related field
- Good working knowledge of Excel sheets & Google Sheets
Desired Skills/ Knowledge
ā Proven experience in program coordination, with a focus on vendor management, and ability to draft agreements.
ā Strong communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations
